super great workout yesterday!!!! went to the Women's Dayout with ada, py n pj held at area outside ngee ann city yesterday...alot of pp lo...not realli got enough space la..but...still ok...wah...super cool..n i actually survived the 3 hrs!!! woohoo!!! hahahha...hmmz..got 1 hr of cardiolatino..abit like dancing...haha..den after 5 mins...1 hr of KICKBOXING!!! hahaha...COOL!!!..n SUPER tiring!!! wahh...but veri fun...full one hour of kickboxing lo...i think everyone half dead after it finally finished..pj say she saw pp sneaking off with their bags after that...HAHA...so the last programme of the day is hi-lo aerobics...hmmz...i like aerobics...but..i think that guy taught too many complicated steps le lo...some cannot catch up so me n py jus anyhow jump ourselves..hahahha...n the goodie bag is great also!!! alot of things..i like the gym bag...but prefer it to be light purple...now its hot pink!!!! diaoz..but its still nice..haha.. now my whole body is aching la...hahaha...but it feels gd...at least it meant that i DID something yesterday...if i go for 3 hr of such hectic workout n i dun feel anything..den its realli like not doing anything...haha... even though im ok wif the changes...im still getting used to it...a step at a time ba... hmmz...i guess im realli suay la...i dunno how i will be able to survive that lec...wish me luck... ok...back to studying for quiz..still alot more to go..urghh!! |
